1 - What are the steps in the manufacturing process?

Though the process will vary slightly with each client and project, however, the basic steps are as follows: Sampling, Quoting, Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Shipping

2 - From start to finish, how long will the process take?

For custom-made products, you will receive your product within 12-15 weeks. Estimated times are as follows: 1-2 weeks for quote, 2-3 weeks for sample, 6-8 weeks for production (after approved sample), and 4 weeks for shipping. If multiple samples are required, the process will be slightly extended.



3 - What do you need from me to get a quote on my product?

We will work with you to determine your project's complete requirements. This will include estimated product quantities, target pricing, product dimensions, technical details, CAD drawings, artwork, packaging requirements, etc.

4 - What will my quote contain?

The quote will contain the following: Unit Price FOB China, Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), any applicable Mold and/or Sample fees, estimated 20'/40' container load for shipping, an estimated shipping charge, and estimated import taxes and duty fees.

5- When do I pay and how do I pay?

Financing is typically handled via either an irrevocable Letter of Credit or a 30/ 70 wire transfer (30% order deposit / 70% balance due at the end of production).

6 - Is there a minimum order amount?

Minimums vary by product. Please contact us for more information.

7 - Will you coordinate shipping?

Yes, we have a comprehensive shipping and logistics service that will ship your product from the port of China to the client's desired destination.
